Lulu the Waitress Modelling Class!
Learn to recreate the award-winning Lulu model from Cake International Birmingham 2016 with The Yellow Bee Cake Company. You’ll work with modelling chocolate, modelling and flower paste to create the model, focusing on creating a sturdy skeleton structure, which can be adapted to create a variety of poses. In this one day course with mullti-award winning cake artist of Immaculate Confections, you’ll make realistic roses, leaves, buds and berries, and colour them with petal dusts, plus you’ll arrange the flowers on a prep’d dummy. Limited to four people per day for plenty of ono-to-one help with an expert tutor, the class will be on both 27th and 28th June, 10-4pm. £95, includes all equipment and lunch. Castle Cake Class!
This new cake class fromThe Cake College is a great way to learn more about the art of novelty cake decorating – an ideal children’s birthday cake. You will be taught to turn a simple sponge cake and cake dummy in to a 3D castle, using lots of different techniques to create a professional finish. Iced Cookie Class!

Domestic Goddess Modelling Class!
