Veronica is a self-taught pastry artist, cake designer and award-winning gingerbread house designer since 1985. Her pink gingerbread house drip cake recently won in the Renshaw Christmas cake contest. She has been teaching and coaching her 15 year old daughter in the art of gingerbread since she was three and she is now a four time award-winner of the National Gingerbread House Competition. Surprisingly, Veronica’s own original winged version of the unicorn cake trend has become very popular. Her style can be described as romantic and whimsical.
